- Experience or training in pediatric speech and language disorders

- Ability to organize caseload, manage documentation, and adapt to a dynamic school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), tailoring interventions to each student's unique needs
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress
- Participate in regular meetings, professional development activities, and school initiatives to enhance student outcomes
