Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure in Arizona (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience or clinical rotations working with pediatric populations
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff
- Familiarity with IEP process, progress reporting, and educational documentation
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support each child’s unique learning journey
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions individually or in small groups
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and progress determination
- Maintain accurate records, complete documentation, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
