Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience with pediatric populations; early childhood and elementary school experience preferred
- Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for a wide range of speech and language disorders
- Comfortable managing IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and communicating with families
- Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K–12 students, tailored to individual needs
- Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans addressing communication disorders
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an active member of the educational team
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each student
