Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending SLP license in Ohio (or eligibility for reciprocity)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based populations, including early childhood and elementary students
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Preference given to those with background supporting diverse and varied student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to K–12 students, addressing communication, language, and speech disorders
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust therapy as needed
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student success in the classroom
- Participate in professional development and school meetings
