Qualifications & Experience:
- Active WA SLP or SLPA license required
- ESA certification needed for SLP candidates
- Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare SLP/SLPA settings highly valued
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluation, diagnostic, and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement targeted interventions
- Maintain thorough documentation on student progress and provide regular updates to families and staff
- Support approximately 45 students, serving individuals at varying developmental stages across all grade levels
- Work a predictable full-time schedule of 4 days per week, totaling 35 hours (8.75 hours/day)
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development to enhance skills and best practices
