Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Rochester, WA

Seeking talented Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) who are passionate about pediatric care. Whether you hold your CCC, are pursuing your CFY, or bring hands-on experience as an SLPA in schools or healthcare, your expertise will be valued and rewarded here.
Requirements:
- Active Washington SLP or SLPA license
- ESA certification (if SLP)
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based services
- Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized care
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload spanning all grade levels
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver direct speech/language therapy to students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Foster a supportive, positive learning environment
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to maximize student outcomes
