Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active Washington SLP or SLPA license
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required for SLP roles
  • Experience or enthusiasm working in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to connect with students, educators, and families
  • New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply

Role Highlights:

  • Schedule: Four days per week, 8.75 hours per day, totaling 35 hours per week
  • Service delivery to students across all grade levels, supporting both educational and developmental goals
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 45 students, with opportunities for assessment, IEP participation, direct and consultative therapy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to individual communication needs
