Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Shelton, WA

Desired Qualifications and Certifications:
- Active WA SLP or SLPA License required
- ESA credential (required for SLP positions)
- Experience working in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare environments preferred
- Comfort supporting students of varying ages and needs
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
- New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across all grade levels
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services rendered
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Adapt therapy techniques and interventions to meet diverse student needs
