Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Rochester, WA

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Washington SLP or SLPA license
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required for SLP roles
- Experience or enthusiasm working in pediatric and school-based settings
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to connect with students, educators, and families
- New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
Role Highlights:
- Schedule: Four days per week, 8.75 hours per day, totaling 35 hours per week
- Service delivery to students across all grade levels, supporting both educational and developmental goals
- Manage a caseload of approximately 45 students, with opportunities for assessment, IEP participation, direct and consultative therapy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to individual communication needs
