Key Requirements:
- Valid WA SLP or SLPA License
- For SLPs, Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential required
- Experience in any of the following settings: school-based SLP/SLPA, SLP-CCC, healthcare, pediatrics, or clinical fellowship year (SLP-CFY) roles
- Familiarity with serving pediatric populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students across all grade levels
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the special education team
