Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Centralia, Washington

Qualifications and Certifications:
- Valid WA SLP or SLPA License
- ESA certification required if applying as an SLP
- Experience with pediatric populations and/or school-based SLP services is preferred
- New graduates and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to handle diverse speech and language needs in a school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective speech-language therapy to students across all grade levels
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall well-being of the student community
- Manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
