This contract position is full-time during the 26/27 school year, offering a consistent schedule of four days per week, totaling 35 hours (8.75 hours each day).

Desired Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Active WA SLP or SLPA License required
  • ESA credential (required for SLP positions)
  • Experience working in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare environments preferred
  • Comfort supporting students of varying ages and needs
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
  • New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students across all grade levels
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services rendered
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Adapt therapy techniques and interventions to meet diverse student needs
