Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Lacey, WA

This full-time assignment runs the entire 2026-2027 academic year and provides the chance to help children achieve their communication goals in an encouraging and collaborative setting.
Your role will focus on assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based therapy driven by student needs, all while enjoying structured support and manageable caseloads. This position offers a consistent schedule of four days per week, totaling 35 hours per week (8.75-hour days), with a caseload around 45 students—enabling both impact and work-life balance.
Qualifications and Credentials:
- Active Washington SLP or SLPA License required
- ESA Certification (if applying as SLP)
- Clinical experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or working with a range of age groups
- Candidates may be SLP, SLP-CCC, or completing their CFY
- Experience with diverse caseloads or individualized education plans preferred
- SLPA applicants should have relevant experience in school or healthcare settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students across all grade levels
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, and document progress
- Work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and families
- Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Adapt and modify sessions to best meet student needs
