Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Lacey, Washington

This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, CFY, CCC) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) passionate about working with pediatric populations across all grade levels.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active WA State SLP or SLPA license required
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required for SLPs
- Experience or strong interest in school or healthcare-based speech-language pathology
- Background with pediatric caseloads and diverse age groups is highly valued
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and flexible mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct therapeutic services to a caseload of about 45 students
- Serve students from early childhood through high school across multiple grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to develop IEP goals and support student progress
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reports consistent with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise for student success
