Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Olympia, Washington

Ideal candidates will bring expertise and enthusiasm for school-based therapy, whether you are a seasoned Speech Language Pathologist with your CCC, a Clinical Fellow (CFY), or an experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Washington SLP or SLPA licensure
- ESA certification (for SLPs)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for delivering high-quality, student-centered therapy
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for a caseload of approximately 45 students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
- Develop and implement IEPs and appropriate intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely records following state and district regulations
- Consult with colleagues on best practices for student communication support
