Qualifications & Certifications:
- Active WA SLP or SLPA License
- ESA Certification (SLP applicants)
- Experience in school or healthcare pediatrics preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services across all grade levels
- Manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary staff to support student goals
- Complete assessments, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district requirements
