Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Tacoma, Washington

Qualifications:
- Valid Washington SLP License and current teaching certification
- Experience in schools, including SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY backgrounds
- Familiarity with K-12 caseloads, pediatric speech therapy, and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and adapting to evolving student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language and hearing screenings and assessments for K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in eligibility or IEP meetings
- Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting interventions to fit student and school needs
