Qualifications:
- Active Washington State SLP License and valid Teacher’s Certificate required
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP credential preferred, but strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience or exposure to school-based services a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy for K-12 students with a variety of communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans in collaboration with IEP teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
- Participate in meetings with staff and parents to ensure integrated support
