Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Georgia SLP license (or eligibility)
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants and SLPs with CCC welcomed
- Experience in school settings, particularly at elementary and/or high school levels, is advantageous
- Skilled in administering screenings, assessments, and interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ communication needs and provide targeted support
- Develop and implement effective treatment strategies that foster student development and participation in the classroom
- Maintain clear documentation of student progress and collaborate on IEP team meetings
- Provide supportive resources and consultation to educators and families to maximize student success
- Adapt therapy approaches to diverse and dynamic school environments
