Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible SLP license in Georgia
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in K-12 educational environments strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate with general and special education teams
- Strong clinical documentation, case management, and progress-monitoring skills
- Compassionate, student-centered approach
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, voice, and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for student support
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, supporting communication development
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress notes
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and parent meetings as needed
- Innovate therapy activities catering to diverse student needs in both individual and group settings
