What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to elementary students, addressing diverse needs
- Handle a manageable caseload with opportunities to work with both articulation and language support, as well as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
- Conduct student assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Dedicate administrative time to documentation, lesson planning, and collaborative team meetings
- Engage with students and education teams using the latest resources, including teletherapy if needed
Preferred Background:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or pending North Carolina SLP State License
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads highly valued
- Comfort working both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
- Successful completion of standard credentialing, background checks, and fingerprinting prior to start
