Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Niagara Falls, NY

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists, serving as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current NY SLP license
- NY Teaching Certification—TSSH or TSSLD license required
- Open to SLPs with CCC or those completing their CFY
- Experience working in school settings or with children with autism is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students ages 3-21 with a diverse range of needs
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Track progress and maintain documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with families, teachers, and other professionals regarding student needs and progress
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions—customizing approaches to best support each learner
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for every student
