Elementary High School School Speech Language Pathologist - Arlington Heights, IL

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Active Illinois State License (IDFPR) and ISBE Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech Language endorsement
- Comfortable working across K-12 grade levels
- Skilled in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication abilities
- Open to both experienced clinicians and recent graduates; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome and encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of K-12 students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Maintain clear documentation of student progress and provide regular updates to families and staff
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
- Adapt therapy to address the needs of bilingual and multicultural learners
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
