You'll work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week in a school setting, providing direct services and assessments tailored to each student's needs. Key Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Valid Illinois State License (IDFPR)
- ISBE Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language endorsement
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience with K-12 age groups preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapeutic interventions in both English and Spanish
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
