Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lockport, NY

Desired Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active New York SLP license
- NY Teaching Certification – either TSSH or TSSLD
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered
- Previous school-based experience preferred, particularly with Autism spectrum populations
- Strong collaborative, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted speech-language therapy to students with diverse communication needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized education programs (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Partner with educators, families, and support staff to promote student growth and participation
- Participate in professional development and team meetings to further best practices
