ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract opportunity in Chelan, Washington. This position offers the opportunity to provide speech and language services to students across K-12 grade levels while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement. Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students in grades K-12.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student communication needs.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and families to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Monitor student progress and modify intervention strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active Washington Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- ESA certification or eligibility to obtain certification preferred.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates.
Experience:
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Experience working with students across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels is beneficial.
- Familiarity with IEPs, evaluations, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred.
