Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Connecticut (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFYs considered
- Previous school-based SLP experience desirable
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to general education students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document sessions and maintain compliance with school and state standards
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
