Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials welcomed
- School-based experience is a plus, but dedicated and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Flexible and adaptable—openness to travel is appreciated
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support personnel to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and team conferences
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
