Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome.
- Experience in pediatric or educational settings strongly preferred.
- Background utilizing both traditional and teletherapy methods desirable.
- Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating various speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborative approach to working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiar with the development and implementation of IEPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services to TK-8 students within the school setting.
- Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.
- Support families in understanding and extending therapy strategies at home.
