Desired Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation procedures
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct individual and group speech and language therapy sessions
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Monitor progress, document services, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with educational staff to implement strategies supporting students in the classroom
- Provide resources and training to families and school personnel
