Key Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
- Familiarity with speech-language pathology therapies for children across diverse learning needs
- Able to navigate IEP processes and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort working onsite with TK-8th grade students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and evidence-based speech and language therapy to students onsite
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and write clear evaluation reports
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and district standards
- Serve as a resource for school staff regarding speech-language development and disorders
