Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience in pediatric settings, schools, or healthcare environments is highly desired
- Comfortable supporting students in-person in a school environment
- Teletherapy experience is a plus, though not required
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for pediatric populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with both children and adults
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students in TK–8th grade
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to compliance with state and federal regulations
- Offer both individual and small group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Support and empower students to reach their communication and academic potential
