School Speech Language Pathologist - Wilmington, Delaware

Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Prior school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of elementary-grade student needs, including those with autism
- Confident in administering assessments, writing reports, and developing individualized plans
- Collaborative spirit with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time (37.5 hrs/week) for the duration of the assignment
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students across traditional and autism programs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in the IEP process
- Create and implement tailored treatment plans to address each student's unique goals
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
- Engage and collaborate with teachers, aides, families, and other support staff
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and advocate for best outcomes
