Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active SLP license or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility in Delaware
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Skilled in AAC devices, communication strategies, and individualized therapy planning
- Comfort working within a SPED-focused setting, particularly with Autism and diverse learning profiles
- Strong collaboration skills for teaming with educators, aides, and families
- Flexibility to support varying age groups, primarily PK/elementary, but potentially up to age 22
Key Responsibilities:
