Qualifications:
- Active and valid Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged children
- Familiarity with both traditional and autism caseloads is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to student-centered practices
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech and language therapy services for elementary students in traditional and autism programs
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and design targeted interventions
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student progress and inclusion
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy, assessments, and treatment outcomes
- Adapt therapy methods and materials to fit diverse student needs and learning environments
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
Role Details:
- Assignment from ASAP through June 12, 2026
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- $50–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
