Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - New Castle, DE

Key Qualifications:
• Active and valid Delaware SLP license
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong background in working with elementary-aged children
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for both traditional and autism support populations
• Ability to design and implement IEP-driven speech therapy interventions
• Excellent collaboration skills for partnering with educators, families, and school teams
• Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability to manage varying caseload needs
Responsibilities:
• Deliver onsite speech-language therapy services to elementary students in alignment with IEP goals
• Assess, identify, and document students’ communication needs
• Develop tailored treatment plans for split caseload of traditional and autism-support students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and required documentation
• Provide recommendations and resources to families and staff to support carryover of skills
• Maintain detailed records and data on student progress
