What you’ll need to bring:
- A valid and active Delaware SLP license
- Previous experience in school settings preferred (but not required)
- Comfort with both traditional and Autism caseloads at the elementary level

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop targeted treatment plans for a split caseload, addressing both traditional speech/language and autism-specific needs
- Implement evidence-based therapy tailored to each student’s goals and needs
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate records, create progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consultative support and resources to colleagues and families as needed
