Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license and CCC credentials required
- Prior experience working in a K-5 or elementary educational setting
- Strong knowledge of evaluations, IEP development, and leading IEP meetings
- Proven ability to provide guidance and supervision to SLPA staff
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services primarily to K-5th grade students, supporting approximately 80-85 youngsters
- Supervise a full-time SLPA to optimize student support
- Evaluate students, develop and implement IEPs, and lead all IEP meetings
- Serve at a main site and occasionally provide services to a nearby charter school
- Help create an inclusive, engaging, and successful learning environment
