Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Experience providing therapy to K-5th is preferred
- Proficient in IEP development, conducting evaluations, and leading meetings
- Ability to supervise and mentor an SLPA
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to K-5th grade students across the main campus and a supporting charter school
- Manage a caseload of 80-85 students with full-time SLPA assistance
- Conduct evaluations, create IEPs, and guide IEP meetings
- Supervise and support the on-site SLPA
- Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student success
