Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC required
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Experience providing therapy to K-5th is preferred
  • Proficient in IEP development, conducting evaluations, and leading meetings
  • Ability to supervise and mentor an SLPA

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to K-5th grade students across the main campus and a supporting charter school
  • Manage a caseload of 80-85 students with full-time SLPA assistance
  • Conduct evaluations, create IEPs, and guide IEP meetings
  • Supervise and support the on-site SLPA
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student success
