What You’ll Bring:
- Current SLP license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting highly preferred
- Strong understanding of K-5 developmental communication milestones
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to supervise and mentor SLPA staff
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech/language assessments and evaluations
- Developing and implementing IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Leading and facilitating IEP meetings with staff and families
- Overseeing and providing guidance to a full-time SLPA
- Supporting students across one main school and a charter campus
- Maintaining organized records and providing consistent documentation
