Qualifications/Experience:

  • Active Oregon RN license (required)
  • Previous pediatric or school nursing experience highly desirable
  • Confidence with ventilator care, airway management, and tracheostomy support
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate, patient-centered attitude

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 medical care for a first-grade student with congenital heart and lung conditions
  • Oversee and manage ventilator operation and troubleshooting
  • Perform breathing treatments, suctioning, and airway management as needed
  • Assist with bathroom and daily living needs
  • Collaborate with educational staff to ensure a supportive learning environment
