Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP in California or eligibility to obtain
- Ability to work onsite (onsite roles only)
- ASHA Certification (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in school settings desirable, but clinical fellows are welcome
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide speech and language therapy for students
- Serve a diverse caseload across elementary, middle, or high school populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
- Adapt interventions to best support academic achievement
