Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Davis, CA
Exciting school-based opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking both full-time and part-time assignments onsite for the upcoming 26/27 school year. Multiple positions are open, covering a variety of settings including elementary, middle, and high schools. Candidates will work in a supportive educational environment, helping students achieve communication and academic success. Openings are suitable for certified Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC, those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and SLPs with school-based experience. Both seasoned professionals and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license to practice in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed, but not required – CFY candidates also encouraged
- Recent school-based experience or strong interest in school settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in groups
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plan (IEP) goals and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams for student support
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes compliant with school district guidelines
This position offers both part-time and full-time schedules (up to 32.5 hours per week) exclusively onsite, providing a dynamic workday and the chance to make a lasting impact across various grade levels.
