Speech Language Pathologist in Elk Grove, CA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Experience or a strong interest in working with school-aged children (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs for students with diverse speech and language challenges
- Positive, adaptable, and proactive mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy and group sessions to students
- Develop data-driven, individualized treatment plans
- Work in partnership with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain timely, compliant records and progress notes
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings
