Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Citrus Heights, CA

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or eligible California SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in educational or pediatric settings is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to collaborative, student-centered practice
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations and screenings to determine students’ speech-language needs
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing targeted therapy in individual or group settings
- Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining clear, timely documentation and progress records
- Offering guidance and resources to school staff and caregivers
