Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • California licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience or strong interest in working with students in a school setting
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other therapists

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech-language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy services to elementary, middle, or high school students, based on your preference
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and progress reports
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and assist in goal setting
