Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- California licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in working with students in a school setting
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other therapists
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech-language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services to elementary, middle, or high school students, based on your preference
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain appropriate documentation and progress reports
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and assist in goal setting
