School Speech Language Pathologist - Mundelein, IL

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status accepted
- Experience or passion for working with K-8th grade students
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based therapy practices preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders for a diverse K-8 caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to promote student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
