Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) by ASHA
- State of Illinois SLP licensure or eligibility
- Prior experience working with K–8th grade preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences
