Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP license and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school setting, especially with K-8th populations, is strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong commitment to fostering student growth and positive learning outcomes
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans supporting student educational goals
- Ensure compliance with IEPs, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to deliver holistic student support
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to advocate for student needs
