Key Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Illinois SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school-based settings
- Ability to provide comprehensive evaluations, develop IEP goals, and facilitate individualized intervention plans
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement targeted IEPs in alignment with educational objectives
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services for students across grade levels
- Maintain accurate records of progress and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning
- Support inclusive education practices and advocacy for student needs
