Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Illinois SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school-based settings
  • Ability to provide comprehensive evaluations, develop IEP goals, and facilitate individualized intervention plans
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement targeted IEPs in alignment with educational objectives
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services for students across grade levels
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning
  • Support inclusive education practices and advocacy for student needs
