What we’re seeking:

  • Valid SLP-CCC credential, with eligibility for all required Illinois licensure (PEL)
  • Demonstrated experience working with high school students preferred
  • Strong understanding of the needs of students with specific learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive within a multidisciplinary team

In this role, you will:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 35 high school students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students’ unique needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support continued student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings and ensure accurate, timely documentation
  • Adapt interventions and strategies to promote academic and social success

Position highlights:

  • Contract assignment, starting as soon as possible through May 27th
