Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP license (or eligibility) in Illinois
- Open to both CCC and CFY candidates
- Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP services
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork and ongoing professional development
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Conduct assessments using readily available equipment and testing materials
- Develop, implement, and track individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in monthly meetings, roundtables, and process improvement initiatives
- Engage in regular supervision, annual reviews, and skill-building check-ins with leaders
