Contract SLPs Needed | CCC Speech Language Pathologists | Pennsylvania
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Morton, Pennsylvania. We partner with school districts nationwide to connect exceptional education professionals with meaningful opportunities where they can make a lasting impact on students.
About the Position
We are seeking a skilled SLP to provide evaluation, therapy, consultation, and communication support to students while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Job Duties
- Evaluate students to identify speech and language needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct speech and language therapy
- Complete assessments and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Implement evidence-based interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies
- Recommend appropriate classroom accommodations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Appropriate Pennsylvania Department of Education certification/credential for school-based practice
- Current ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; eligible Clinical Fellows may be considered
- Completion of required supervised clinical experience
- Knowledge of IDEA and school-based service delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Successful completion of required background screening and district onboarding requirements
