Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to strong CFY candidates
- Prior experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, student-focused care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs
- Collaborate with educators, support personnel, and parents to integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student learning objectives
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings as required
