Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
- Experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per district and legal guidelines
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and families for carryover strategies
