- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, families, and school staff
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
- Adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students in a school setting
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, targeting language, articulation, social communication, and more
- Document progress, collaborate on IEPs, and participate in team meetings with educators and parents
- Offer consultation and resources to families and teachers to maximize student success
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and school regulations
