- Current CCC-SLP or CFY in progress (supervision available)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desired
- Familiarity with IEP processes and therapy documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student goals
- Support the school community through both direct therapy and consultative services
