Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous school-based experience is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in pediatric communication disorders, including evaluation and intervention
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion to provide quality therapy and facilitate student success

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, offering thoughtful recommendations and progress updates
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress toward therapy goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote positive student outcomes
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
  • Provide services across a caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school students
