Seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) for multiple full-year and maternity leave contract positions within a school setting on the Southeast Florida Coast. These opportunities provide direct impact, working on-site in dynamic educational environments supporting diverse student populations across 1-2 campuses per assignment.
Assignments begin August 5, 2026, and run through June 1, 2027. Full-time schedules are 35 hours per week (7 hours daily, Monday–Friday). Caseloads encompass a variety of age groups—primarily K-8, with some specialized ASD, EBD, and high school units available. Work environments range from collaborating with other SLPs and SLPAs to being the sole SLP onsite, offering valuable autonomy and leadership experience.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP licensure in Florida
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Successful completion of fingerprinting (existing DOH prints may be utilized)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs
- Deliver speech and language services to assigned students
- Collaborate with educational staff and families
- Collect and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Provide services in accordance with IEP goals, school policies, and licensure standards
