Pierce Central High, and more—each offering dynamic settings and a range of student needs, including ASD, EBD, InD, and VE units. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Active Florida SLP license
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred; familiarity with K-12 populations, ASD, VE, InD, and EBD units is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Able to fulfill time-sensitive credentialing; eligible for background clearance via state Department of Health prints
Position Details:
- Contract duration from August 5, 2026 to June 1, 2027
- Choose from full-time (35 hours weekly) and part-time options
- Serve one or two school sites, depending on assignment
- Caseloads vary: PreK–12, with opportunities in established teams or pioneer roles at new campuses
- Fully onsite with the support of district SLP colleagues and SLPAs in certain locations
