What You'll Bring:
- Active SLP licensure and current credentials
- Expertise with school-based speech-language therapy, ideally including experience with K-12, ASD, EBD, and resource settings
- CCC required for these positions
- Comfortable with flexible placement across middle, high school, and K-8 campuses
- Enthusiastic communicator ready to work with teams and independently
- Willingness to complete fingerprinting requirements as part of onboarding
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to diverse caseloads: middle school students, high schoolers with intensive needs, elementary students in resource and ASD units
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and collaboration with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide individualized and group interventions in line with student goals
- Document student progress in accordance with district and state standards
- Adapt to various campus assignments—including full-year roles or covering maternity leaves—depending on district need
- Transition between assignments smoothly if needed throughout the school year
